Invoicing Address

You can send invoices to us either by email through scanning service or by mail to our visiting address.

Invoices by email should be sent to 17289250(at)scan.netvisor.fi

Invoices must be sent as email attachments in PDF-format. Please note, if the invoice contains attachment pages, they must be included in the same file with the actual invoice. You can send multiple invoices in a single email as long as each invoice with its attachments are in a separate PDF-file. Each file must be named differently.

A single e-mail must not exceed 5Mb. All PDF-files must be genuine (PDF version 1.3 or newer) and should not be locked or protected with a password.

Valid characters for the attachment names are common signs (a-z, A-Z, 0-9). Please do not use special characters when naming attachments. Document size must not exceed 210 x 297 mm.
