Finnish Aviation Academy trains the aviation professionals of the future and develops Finnish aviation expertise. As our operations grow, we are seeking new professionals to strengthen our team of experts. 

We offer career opportunities across a wide range of roles. We recruit, for example, flight instructors, theoretical knowledge instructors, simulator and training specialists, as well as maintenance and technical professionals. In addition, our organisation requires expertise in administration, training planning, and technical support services.
